A special needs program made to reinforce interpersonal skills while discovering the fascinating world of mechanical engineering.
The Young Engineers Build Up workshop is a multi-sensory learning experience, which is tailored
specifically for students with emotional and cognitive special needs. We adapt our unique
enrichment programs to fit the needs of our participants. Young Engineers offers an assortment of
educational building-block activities for students with special needs, including (but not limited to):
- Vision impairment
- Hearing impairment
- Limited mobility
- Pervasive development disorders (PDD)
- Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Young Engineers also can facilitate Build Up workshops in rehabilitation centers and mental health
